Photoshop Expert wanted

I was out snorkeling, and was coming back through the surf zone, and there was this girl there. I took a couple of pics as I swam by, and couldn't even really see her as I was taking them. When I got out, and looked at the pics, it seems she has her top pulled down and her boobs hanging out. I tried to enhance the photo, but am not getting any really good results. I'm putting my enhancement attempt, and the before enhancement attempt pics up. Anybody want to try? Download the pic and try to clean it up. Then please email it to me.
